Right! Put on loads of weight and definitely the worst fitness I have ever been.... So diet I was on, (Keto) last year during Chemo and Radiotherapy worked really good so I've started that this week.
But my challenge is really cool. FIFA World Cup. Every goal scored, I will run, walk, bike, paddleboard, skate, skateboard.
So Max and/or Roly will help me (Max is a strict coach!!!) and today as of right now the goals scored are 62 goals.....and I've run (and nearly died) 3.08km, I need that 0.8km before anyone says!
Once I sound a bit less like a asthmatic chain smoker I want to run, walk or whatever with friends! Get in touch if you want too!
